Shopping on a budget is easier than most think, all you need is a little time to prepare! Here's an example of a weeks shopping list for 21 delicious and nutritious meals!

What's on the Menu?

Snacks Menu

Oats, banana, smoothie, apple and PB, carrots and hummus, PB and banana on toast, chocolate coconut oats, rice pudding, tomato and cheese or hummus on crackers


Grocery List

Fruit: banana x2, odd bunch apples 2kg

Veg: 1.5kg carrots, broccoli x2, peas, onions, salad leaves, 4x tomatoes, red onion, cucumber

Leg Lamb 2kg, 3x chicken breasts, 2x boxed fish, 2 big tuna

Potatoes x1, rice x2, pasta x1, oats x1, bread x3, pita bread

Mixed Veg bags x2, mixed berries

Mixed bag of nuts

Cheese, milk, marg, feta

Eggs -large tray

greater hummus bulk

Peanut Butter

chickpeas x3, lentils x2, coconut milk, 1x tomatoes, pasta sauce



Long lasting Staples:

lemon juice, soy sauce, fish sauce, chilli sauce

red/green curry paste, garlic, ginger, BBQ sauce

cumin, chili, paprika, salt, pepper, cinnamon, rosemary

green tea bags, cocoa, coconut, vitawheat crackers
